Divasbliss couture is committed to fashion forward style of the finest quality and fit. Each item is inspected thoroughly for damages before it is send out. 

Therefore we do not accept RETURNS.

Items purchase on sales are Non-returnable. Please note if the error is on our side we will accept return.

Please contact us at dbcstyless@divasbliss.com, info@divasbliss.com. Divasbliss Couture will gladly accepts returns if shipped merchandise is inconsistent with your order. Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery. 

Purchases will appear on your bank or credit card statement as dbcstyles.com, parent company of Divasbliss Couture.

To return an item(s) please follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us noting the items you are returning, reason for the return and your order number.
2. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
3. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow up to 10 business days from the shipping date for your account to be updated with the store credit. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
4. If order is return without authorization it will be return to Customer
5. Shipping fees are not refundable
6. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back
